  1. Original birth certificate and one xerox copy.
  2. Adhar card xerox child and parent.
  3. 4 passport size photos.
  4. Income Cast Certificate Xerox Copy.
  1. Parents are requested to pay school fees and first term travelling fee up to 10th June. Second term travelling fee must pay up to last week of November.
  2. A Student who has attended any recognized school can be admitted only when a school leaving certificate (L.C.) & and xerox copy of progress report is produced.
  3. An affidavit should be produced by students coming from an unrecognized school.
  4. School leaving certificate will be issued after written permission by the parents.
